What data we process

Through the contact form we process only the data you provide yourself: your name, e-mail address and the content of your message. We collect no other personal data about visitors of this website.

Purpose and legal basis

We process the form data solely to handle your inquiry and for the related communication. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in responding to a received message (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Recipients

Form messages are delivered to us by the form-backend service and our e-mail provider, both acting as processors. We do not pass your data to any other third parties and we do not use it for marketing. If a processor processes data outside the EU/EEA, it does so only under appropriate safeguards pursuant to Art. 44 et seq. GDPR (in particular standard contractual clauses).

Retention period

We keep the data while handling your inquiry and for no longer than 12 months afterwards in case of follow-up communication, after which it is deleted. If the communication leads to a contract, we retain the related correspondence for the duration of the contract and for periods required by law.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses no cookies and no analytics or tracking tools. The only thing stored in your browser is your language choice (localStorage), which is technically necessary for the website to function and requires no consent under Section 89(3) of Czech Act No. 127/2005 Coll., on Electronic Communications.

Your rights

You have the right to access your personal data, to have it rectified or erased, to restrict processing, to data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can exercise your rights by e-mail at the address above.
